These templates, based on those in EEMUA Publication 227 Appendix A, are provided as an example of good practice for recording the inspection of electrical assets. They are not intended to cover all possible circumstances and usage requirements but do show what might need to be recorded for a variety of commonly encountered electrical assets. EEMUA makes no claim as to the completeness of these templates, nor to their suitability for a particular purpose. Users may adapt them having regard to their own individual circumstances.
