A broad range of training and competency schemes
EEMUA’s Technical Committees bring together deep expertise and many years of combined experience. Their work, and the good-practice, guidance publications it produces, have resulted in a broad range of training and competency schemes. Each is designed to give you the practical knowledge and hands-on experience needed to excel in your field. EEMUA’s training courses can also form part of your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and contribute Professional Development Hours (PDHs).
Courses are delivered through a mix of face-to-face, online and blended learning. They can also be tailored to your specific needs and delivered in-house. Our training and competency schemes cover these main areas:
- Mechanical Integrity - EEMUA 231 Mechanical Integrity Basics, Mechanical Integrity Practitioner Certificate and Asset Integrity Leadership Certificate.
- Storage Tanks - EEMUA 159 TankBasics, Tank Integrity Manager, TankInspector and TankAssessor.
- Subsea Engineering - EEMUA 194 Subsea Engineering Basics.
- Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Cyber Security (EICC) training is delivered through e-learning developed from a range of EEMUA publications.
- EEMUA e-learning modules also cover additional topics at the awareness level, including Process Safety Management.
E-learning is accessible free-of-charge to EEMUA Corporate Members and provided at a 50% discount to EEMUA Associates.
Please note, EEMUA recommends explosive atmospheres training from CompEx, which provides international core competency validation across several sectors, including offshore.
EEMUA hosts regular webinars that cover highly relevant engineering and process safety topics. Previous webinars can viewed, after log-in to the EEMUA website, on the webinar recordings page.
