Introduction
This 90-minute course on Process Safety Management is positioned at the awareness/introductory level. It is based on the common approaches and elements found in existing guidance for this area from, namely; the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), the Energy Institute (EI), the UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and Det Norske Veritas (DNV). On completion of the desktop version, immediate certification is provided for the registered user that launched or purchased the course.
The content of this course has been approved for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) by the Society of Operations Engineers (SOE), a Professional Engineering Institution licensed by the Engineering Council in the UK. Completing this e-learning module, including the test at the end, is equivalent to 90 minutes of CPD or 1.5 Professional Development Hours (PDHs).

Either completing (but not passing) or passing this e-learning course has no bearing on entry into any other EEMUA training course, but you may choose to take one or more as a natural progression.
