EEMUA welcomes Argent Energy as a new Corporate Member, with the organisation’s Stanlow site in the UK now part of the Association’s membership.

Argent Energy is a European producer of sustainable, waste‑based biodiesel. The Stanlow facility, commissioned in 2016, is a state‑of‑the‑art plant capable of producing 95,000 tonnes of biodiesel annually, supported by 48,000 m³ of storage capacity.
Both organisations have well aligned objectives in terms of safety, the environment and operating performance and EEMUA looks forward to Argent Energy’s participation in its technical activities. Engaging with engineers from a diverse range of industries to share experiences, learn, and solve problems will help support Argent Energy in the safe operation of its industrial assets at the Stanlow site and support EEMUA’s development of good practice across industry.
Commenting on joining EEMUA, Ben Oliver, Group Head of Engineering at Argent Energy, said: “Our membership with EEMUA reflects our commitment to safe, reliable operations and robust engineering standards, alongside our contribution to improving best practice across the sector.”
