Technical Executive

EEMUA is looking to appoint a Technical Executive to join its team.

The role is responsible for coordinating, facilitating, championing and driving forward progress with the technical activities of the Association, working closely with the EEMUA Chief Executive, Technical Manager and rest of the Technical Team, as well as with other Board members and staff.

STEM Social Media Content Creator (12-month Student Placement)

We are looking for an energetic, driven, Social Media Content Creator (Student) to join our organisation on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract. 

The role is responsible for creating and uploading content on all our social media channels. Their input will help us craft compelling narratives that inspire, educate, and engage them, along with stakeholders, and others, ultimately driving awareness of engineering and its importance in our society. Supporting the development of creative and impactful STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) campaigns aimed at 14–16-year-olds. 

The suitable person will working closely with the Head of Membership, as well as with other stakeholders and staff.

Consultants

EEMUA is looking to recruit Consultants to help advance the work of the Association in the technical and training areas. Successful candidates could be from within Member or Associate companies, or equally from outside EEMUA. 

EEMUA Consultants will typically be expert professional engineers with over 10 years of industrial site experience in a relevant discipline. They are most likely to have acted as a Technical Authority or Subject Matter Expert for their site(s) or organisation and be a Chartered Engineer. They will have a deep understanding of one or more core topics in industrial engineering, and the associated international standards, legislation and regulatory expectations.
