Bio: Harry have a long history of leadership in asset integrity and risk management experience acquired from working for Upstream, Midstream and Downstream oil and gas companies. He has had various global integrity roles as a Subject Matter Expert with the objective of helping management make good asset management decisions.

He has been responsible for the development, implementation, assurance and audit of integrity and process safety management standards and programs in operations and projects.  This has required engagement at all levels across global organizations and their stakeholders.  The most enjoyable part has been working with people from diverse cultures and supporting their development.

He is a Governor at 3 SEND schools and am supporting professional institutes to develop the necessary leadership and technical competency in the next generation of engineering professionals.

Presentation Summary:

This presentation explores the diverse motivations of individuals and the impact of team culture on their productivity and well-being. It will explore strategies for creating an inclusive work environment to enhance collaboration and overall workplace harmony.  Key focus areas include effective communication, people development, the need to manage organizational change, and the benefits for integrity and process safety management.  These themes are addressed in the EEMUA AILC (Asset Integrity Leadership Certificate) training course of which the first cadre is ongoing.
