Bio: 

Harry says he a specialist in failure, fortunately these are other peoples or organisational failures rather than his own!

He has experience of working in global Central engineering, maintenance and integrity roles in Upstream, Midstream and Downstream in Operating Companies including Santos, bp and Glencore. 

His career has been focused on supporting leaders to make good asset management decisions based on a better understanding of integrity and process safety risk.

In 2020 Harry established a consultancy, IM3R, Integrity Management Run, Repair Replace which supports various energy companies.  He is also a EEMUA Consultant supporting various integrity courses (MIB, MICP, AILC).

Presentation Summary:

This presentation explores the diverse motivations of individuals and the impact of team culture on their productivity and well-being. It will explore strategies for creating an inclusive work environment to enhance collaboration and overall workplace harmony.  Key focus areas include effective communication, people development, the need to manage organizational change, and the benefits for integrity and process safety management.  These themes are addressed in the EEMUA AILC (Asset Integrity Leadership Certificate) training course of which the first cadre is ongoing.
