This seminar is a joint event run by AMPP Benelux and EEMUA and will focus on internal corrosion and cathodic protection. The programme will explore practical ways of detecting and assessing corrosion, controlling corrosion at different stages in an asset’s life, and evaluating the effectiveness of mitigation measures in extending asset life, reducing risk, and controlling whole-life costs.
Preventing the escape of potentially hazardous fluids is one of the key duties of site operators. Achieving this consistently, especially when plant is ageing or obscured, can be challenging.
The agenda will provide a balance between highly technical presentations for senior engineers and accessible content for those with less experience. It will cover fundamentals, monitoring and prevention techniques, and real-world failure case studies, giving attendees valuable insights and knowledge to help mitigate corrosion-related risks.
Reasons to attend:
Varied programme with subject matter experts.
Great networking opportunities - exchange of ideas, experience and practices across different sectors and industries - networking with other like-minded engineers - access to experts (effectively “free” consultants) in other companies that provide advice, and networking and sharing of learning.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Would you like to exhibit at the event?
If you are a business looking to connect with owners/operators and other service providers across all sectors, then why not exhibit at the event. Contact Chantelle Jones, Head of Training and Events on chantelle.jones@eemua.org for further details.
Member and Associate Registrations:
Attendance is free of charge for delegates from EEMUA member and associate companies. For members and associates registering on the website for the first time, please note that there is an additional validation step. Create an EEMUA account first and then register your free place for the event after the ‘Welcome to EEMUA’ communication has been received. This will ensure that once logged in you will have free entry to the event.
Who should attend?
For all engineers, corrosion engineers, integrity engineers, materials engineers, inspection/NDT professionals, reliability and maintenance engineers involved in asset integrity and corrosion control across oil & gas, petrochemical, water, and power industries.
