Webinar: Teamwork and Collaboration

Introduction

Working together is hard. People are complicated. And true collaboration takes real skill. During this webinar we’ll explore some of the research behind high performing teams and discover the secrets that help you work smoothly with those around you.

There will be two main sections:

• We will take a look at Google’s ‘Project Aristotle’ which discovered there is one vital factor that, if present in the way a team functions, changes everything. We’ll find out exactly how to make sure you include it in your team relationships.
• We’ll also share Kim Scott’s Radical Candour model. This helps us understand how to find the balance between speaking your mind and looking after the relationship. Both are essential in good collaboration, but so often we have one without the other.
